Did this get wet?

Solvent is not a known filter, and it is not meant to be. It blends a directional flow with form-following runs, so the colour drips and pools as if it had been dissolved. The result reads as wet, rather than as a particular effect.

Three runs

Gravity drips the colour straight down. Downhill runs it along the slope of the picture, so it follows the shapes. Bloom spreads it outward from the bright areas, like a stain soaking into paper.

Every option, from the app

Generated from the registry the app publishes, so this list is whatever the current build actually ships — not a copy of it.
