Four screens, four angles

Print reproduces colour by laying four inks as dots: cyan, magenta, yellow and black. Each ink gets its own screen at its own angle, so the dots interlock without showing a moiré. This effect builds the same structure from the image.

The dot shape can be round, the classic halftone, or square, which reads more like a graphic screen.

Lift

Lift sets whether each dot is sized from its own pixel or from the average of its cell. Per cell is calmer and closer to a press; per pixel keeps more of the image's fine detail.

Every option, from the app

Generated from the registry the app publishes, so this list is whatever the current build actually ships — not a copy of it.
